By commissioning to me, Fierying, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service below.

I. PAYMENT

• Commissions to be paid full upfront through Paypal's invoicing system. 

• Currency will be in USD Dollars (USD)

 

II. PROCESS

Brief overview on process between me (Artist) and you (Client)

​

Phase 1 | After receiving Commission Form, I will contact you to know more of your brief/refs & quote the final price for the commission.

​

Phase 2 | After you've paid, I'll work on the mockups/ Work in Progress (WIP). Will update you on the process on the way.

​

Phase 3 | When I'm done, I'll show you a low resolution of the final piece for your approval. If all good, do give me a review at the Commission Page while I send you over the high resolution! ^_^

II. THEME OF COMMISSIONS

   I will not do:

III. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

  I hold All Rights to the deliverables. Meaning I can display the artworks in my social medias & portfolio ( You can make a personal request for me to not show to public. )

  You can still post & print as long as you don't redistribute, reproduce, take credit &/or sell the final piece. Purchase the Full Copyright under the commission's 'Customization' to have all rights to the piece, including selling it & using on Props (Eg: book covers)

 
  Breaking of copyright policy will result you being banned from commissioning me again.

IV. CANCELLING/REFUNDING POLICY

  Client may cancel the commission by sending written notice to me. Upon cancelling & having both parties agree, if the final piece is in:

(1) Partial Completion (Before Finalize stage) | I will refund back 50% of the price paid & pass you all WIPs in low resolution. I will have all rights of the sketches & WIP, even if you have purchased for All Rights to the final product.
If the IP of the character/ project the final piece is under is to be made secret, you may also include as a personal request for me to not post in public.

(2) Full Completion (or during or after Finalize stage) | There will be no refunds. I will pass you all WIPs works &/or Final piece in low resolution.

  I ( the artist ) may also cancel the commission at anytime. If this happens, regardless at any point in doing the commission: I'll refund 75% of what you have paid, & will pass high resolution of the WIPs to you.
